Agriculture has a century-old tradition with the Loick family, which Hubert Loick has put into service since 1994 with Loick AG for the utilisation of renewable raw materials.
He focuses on the production of biomaterials as well as on the production of bioenergy.
Both divisions benefit from his practical experience as a farmer and his in-depth knowledge of the optimised production of renewable raw materials on agricultural land. He is committed to the vision of agriculture as a supplier and disposer in closed-loop systems.
Research and development have been of great importance in recent years for Loick AG due to its innovative fields of activity.
Loick AG has received support in these endeavours from the state of North Rhine-Westphalia, Mecklenburg-Vorpommern, the Federal Ministry of Agriculture and the German Federal Environmental Foundation DBU. Loick R&D has also benefited from close cooperation with the Agency for Renewable Resources (FNR).
The main areas of activity of Loick AG and its subsidiaries are in the fields of organic materials, bioenergy and agriculture/trade.
